I charge £120 for individual and couples sessions, and £50 for group sessions. I offer some slots at a reduced rate. I suggest we begin with an initial session, where I can learn a bit about your history and what has brought you here. Based on this session, we can both decide whether working together would be beneficial.
During the assessment, we can also consider whether joining a group, beginning individual or couples therapy, walking or running in nature—or a combination of these—would work best for you.
